Finally, longer Summer days are upon us, and an early morning spin up to Devil’s Dyke was a great way to start the final day of a three-day weekend.

Having been out of action for too long (bike in storage, tonsillitis and other ailments), I’m still finding my groove and breaking myself back into a route that I knew. Despite the route being just 2 hours (40KM, tepid climbs) I’m still fighting the intimidation of being out of shape. Cycling into work will make the world of difference for some basic fitness, and with today’s ride I finally shook off some more demons.
